Sizing details
☞ CRAYONS: All crayon measurements are included in each listing. Some crayons are on the smaller side, some crayons are on the larger side, so be sure to double check the sizes before placing your order. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me. I am here for you!
Processing Time/Shipping Time
☞All orders ship in 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped out via USPS ground which takes approximately 2-5 days. You can also upgrade your shipping at checkout to Standard delivery which will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 days.
Unfortunately, once I ship your order, it is out of my hands and up to USPS to deliver by the estimated delivery date. Because of this, I am not responsible for postal delays. Thank you for understanding
Returns
I gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery and the package has to be delivered back to me within 14 days. Shipping charges are buyers responsibility for items that are returned. I will proceed with the refund once the items are returned to me in unused and undamaged condition ( minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee). Contact me for more information. I do NOT accept returns for personalized orders or paint kits and those items are final sale. Thank you for understanding.
